HOW MUCH DOES A SESSION COST?
Pricing varies from package to package. I have a range of different packages starting from $450 each offering different options depending on your wants and needs. This includes but not limited to number of finished edits, number of looks and outfit changes and time required. All pricing is upfront and open with no surprise or ons. Feel free to contact me about available packages or check out "Packages".
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?
Preparing for your session will be easier than you think but will vary from client to client depending on expected outcome. No fake tan applied by hand. Nice even spray tan works best but no fake tan at all is better!!! Check out my prep guide here "Prep Guide"
WHEN DO I GET MY PHOTOS?
Once your session is done your images get loaded into my system and will be available for viewing online in your own password protected gallery within a few days. From here you can make your final choices for editing and let me know your favourites. From here I will expertly retouch your images and have them delivered within 7 days.
I'M NOT SURE I WANT MY IMAGES SHARED OUTSIDE OF MY NETWORK, IS THAT OK?
Hell yes!!! You NEVER have to share your images anywhere. My client's privacy is number one on my list and I will always respect your wishes. Which images and where you use them is entirely your choice.
I'M NOT SURE HOW TO POSE OR WHAT LOOKS GOOD IN THE CAMERA. CAN YOU HELP ME?
Absolutely. Most of the women who step into my studio are not professional models. You do not need to know what to do. I will guide you through every single movement, from the tilt of your chin to the placement of your hands, ensuring your posture communicates absolute confidence and authority.
WHO WILL ACTUALLY BE PHOTOGRAPHING ME?
Your photographer is Peter, he is a full time working professional photographer with many international awards to his name. There is a good chance someone you know has already been photographed by him so be sure to ask around if you wish. All direction throughout shoot is verbal (so be sure to know your left from your right!!!), there is no physical interaction between client and photographer. If you you would like to bring a female assistant to help with wardrobe and posing etc that's no problem.
I AM SURE I WILL NEED A LITTLE RETOUCHING IN PHOTOSHOP, IS THAT POSSIBLE?
All final edits are processed and retouched individually to a level which is still natural and "You". Some clients prefer no Photoshop whatsoever and that is fine as well. You have to be able to relate to the images when you look at them. It is possible to remove scars, bruises, unwanted tattoos etc but you should let me know at the time of shoot what your individual preferences are.
I HAVE IDEAS FROM ANOTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS WEBSITE. IS THAT OK?
Absolutely!! I encourage this but just be aware no two photographers have the same style, experience or workflow. I shoot in my style, that's why clients book me and although I am happy to work with your inspiration it will be my interpretation of it. If you are looking for a specific style of another photographer you are best contacting them.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND WITH ME?
Absolutely!! It is not common but you are more than welcome to have a support person who makes you feel comfortable and has good supportive energy. This can be important for some people as they feel a little anxious but for this reason alone you should make sure you have chosen the right person! This might sound obvious, but I have seen first hand how a bad decision here can impact on a shoot in a negative way. I have had people chaperone clients who had great positive energy and made for wonderful, welcome additions to the shoot and those who compromised the quality of the photo shoot with their presence. I do prefer photographing clients one on one as I feel I am able to connect better and get good flow in shoot which is a win win for everyone.
DO YOU PROVIDE HAIE AND MAKEUP SERVICE?
No. To maintain my highly accessible pricing structure and productive flow in my day, I focus 100% of my expertise on the photography, studio lighting, and posing direction. Clients arrive camera-ready. Once you book, we will send you our comprehensive Pre-Session Style Guide with exact tips on how to prep your hair and makeup for studio strobe lighting.
I AM NOT AS CONFIDENT AS SOME OF THE WOMEN I HAVE SEEN IN YOUR PORTFOLIO, WILL THIS HINDER THE SHOOT?
Absolutely not!! The truth is you don't know how confident those women really are, you don't know their story or how they see themselves. All you see is the end result, the result of a process which included conversation, truth, open hearts and maybe a bit of coaching in one form or another. You choose your own personal comfort level and we work towards that.
